From first call to clear vent.
Every job follows the same six steps, from the phone call to the airflow check and the photos. Here is what happens, in what order and why.

- 01

You call or text
We ask how the dryer is behaving, how long the vent run is and where it exits, then book a time that suits you.
A call, a text or the form - 02

We look it over
We check the dryer, the connection, the duct type and the vent hood, and trace where the duct travels.
A short walk-through - 03

We measure the airflow
A reading at the vent hood with the dryer running shows how well air is leaving the house before we start.
A reading before we begin - 04

We brush and vacuum the run
A rotary brush travels the full length of the duct while a strong vacuum pulls the lint out as it loosens.
Full length, every elbow - 05

We reconnect and seal
The dryer goes back without crushing the duct, joints are sealed with foil tape and clamps, and the hood is checked.
Sealed, clamped, uncrushed - 06

You see the proof
We test the airflow again and show you before and after photos so you know what changed.
Photos and a second reading
Your quick prep list.
- Clear a path to the dryer and the laundry room
- Empty the dryer and clean the lint screen
- Note where the vent hood is outside, and whether it exits through a wall or the roof
- Tell us if the dryer is gas or electric
- Mention any pets, odd smells or long drying times
Six promises we keep.
The whole run, every time
We clean from the dryer to the vent hood, not just the part we can see.
Measured, not guessed
Airflow readings before and after show the difference.
Everything in writing
What we found, what we did and what it costs, spelled out.
Honest about options
If a cleaning is all you need, we will say so before anything else.
A tidy laundry room
Lint stays in the vacuum, floors stay clean, and the dryer goes back neatly.
Talk it through by phone
Call or text and we talk it through with you.
Process questions
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 800-313-8481. Tell us about the dryer, how long the vent run is and where it exits, and send a photo of the vent hood if you can. We reply with a written price.
How long does a cleaning take?
Many standard jobs take about an hour. A long run, a roof exit, a heavy clog or a multifamily building takes longer. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Will you move my dryer?
We pull the dryer out, disconnect the duct and put everything back, protecting your floor. Moving a dryer to another room or up stairs is a separate job that we can help plan.
Will I get photos of the work?
Yes, on request. We photograph the vent and the hood before and after, so you can see what came out and how it looks now.
Start with the easy part.
Call, text a photo or fill in the form. We quote before any work begins.
